Use this form to apply for membership and/or to make a contribution to the USC Lambda Alumni Scholarship Fund. Membership is welcome for those who subscribe to the Association's Mission Statement (see our home page).
Instructions: Print out this form, complete, and return to: Donate Online If you prefer to donate online on behalf of Lambda Alumni Association, go to: https://secure.grizzardonline.com/usc/ Check the radio button in "Gift
Designation" which says: "Please direct my gift to a specific
school or program" and then select "Lambda Alumni Assocation"
under the "University-Wide Programs". This is separate from becoming a Lambda Alumni Association member. If you would like to become a member, please fill out our membership form. |
