2009 Leadership Conference
September 11-13, 2008
Davidson Conference Center
University Park Campus
On September 11-13, the USC Alumni Association welcomed nearly 250 volunteers from across the university and around the world to its seventh annual Alumni Leadership Conference. Over the course of the three-day forum, attendees learned about the latest developments and key issues facing USC from several top university administrators, including President Steven B. Sample and Executive Vice President and Provost C. L. Max Nikias. Other highlights included two lively and thoughtful panel discussions featuring distinguished alumni and star faculty, respectively, as well as break-out sessions that gave participants ample time to network and brainstorm solutions to the unique challenges volunteer organizations confront.
For your reference and enjoyment, we have posted a wide range of material from the seventh annual Alumni Leadership Conference. You may view slideshows and download free images from our online ALC photo gallery; watch the "Lessons in Leadership" and "Best of USC" panel discussions on USC's YouTube channel; and review a conference wrap-up which includes the university briefings, Scott Mory's alumni association presentation, a report from the USC Alumni Club of Kansas City, and brainstorming notes from the conference break-out sessions.
Thank you to all those who helped make the 2008 Alumni Leadership Conference our most successful conference ever. We look forward to seeing you next year!
