Mauro Martinez Jr is the CEO of HIT Mobile, Inc, a T-Mobile dealer with stores catering to the Latino community throughout Central California, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Diego counties.
Prior to founding HIT Mobile, Mauro was an Executive at Fortune 50 leader AT&T for 10 years. While at AT&T Mauro was tasked to build and develop the model for AT&T to target the Latino consumer. Mauro’s plan was very successful and eventually was used as the national model for AT&T. While at AT&T Mauro also teamed up with the charity Padres Contra el Cancer and developed a program that helped raise over $450,000 in its first two years to help the charity. Mauro also is involved in the restaurant business and real estate.
Mauro continues to be very active in the Latino community and dedicating his time and helping. He has served on several boards including the Latin Business Association (LBA) Corporate Advisory Board. He has also served on the USC Latino Alumni Gala committee since 2017.
His business has been recognized by the Latin Business Association as business of the year in 2012 and by The Los Angeles Business Journal in 2014. Mauro is a graduate of California State Dominguez Hills and has also completed his Certificate in Advanced Management in Telecommunications from USC Marshall School of Business. Mauro is a proud father of 3 who enjoys going to watch all his kids’ games with his spouse. In his spare time Mauro also enjoys playing golf and soccer competitively.
