Ronald “Ron” Autry is the newest member of the BAA team. He has a wealth of experience in event planning, higher education policy and procedures, and strong community bonds.

Prior to joining BAA, he served as the assistant to the directors in UCLA’s undergraduate admission office. During this time, he was appointed a sub-committee co-chair of the UCLA Afrikan Diaspora Admission Advocacy Committee (ADAAC). ADAAC serves students and families who identify as members of the Afrikan Diaspora by fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, with the goal of increasing accessibility to higher education for members of the Afrikan Diaspora.

Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, with a concentration in global and American studies, from Marymount California University.
