The COVID-19 pandemic created many challenges for small-business owners worldwide, including those in our USC Alumni community. To help meet these challenges, we launched an online version of our annual Taste of Troy initiative to help promote Trojan-owned restaurants that could only offer delivery and takeout options while stay-at-home orders were in place. While some restaurants are re-opening, many are still feeling the impacts of this prolonged period of closure.
