Grad Week 2024
We have some celebrating to do! Join your fellow members of the Class of 2024 at these Grad Week events, hosted by USC Campus Activities:
Trojan Craft Night – Cap Decorating
Tuesday, April 23 | 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. | TCC Plaza
Get crafty in your last days at USC. Make your own grad buttons, decorate your graduation cap, or create a Trojan light box. Calligraphy artists will be on-site to assist with grad cap decorating. Light refreshments will be provided.
UPC Tabling: Oh the Places We Will Go
Wednesday, April 24 | 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Hahn Plaza / Trousdale Quad 3
Stop by on your way to class or as you pass through campus to let us know where you are heading after graduation. Campus Activities will be passing out Grad Week sticker packets to students. The USC Career Center will be sharing the first-destination survey with students and have their headshot machine available. Other photo backdrops will be available for Grads to take fun photos.
HSC Grad Lunch and Crafts
Wednesday, April 24 | 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | HSC Pappas Quad
A lunch on HSC’s Campus featuring Trojan Craft activities. Make your own grad buttons, decorate your graduation cap, or create a Trojan light box. Get crafty for your last days at USC. Enjoy Lunch and a snack from our food trucks on site.
Glow’duation Carnival (Carnival Night)
Thursday, April 25 | 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. | McCarthy Quad
The last social program of the academic year. Come play carnival games or casino table games. A ferris wheel will also be present for that final ferris wheel ride at USC. Two photo booths will be available to capture your memories with friends. Enjoy activities including, caricature artist, airbrush painting, wax hands, and tarot card readings. Students can turn in tickets to be entered to win prizes. Snacks will be provided.
Grad Brunch
Friday, April 26| 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Alumni Park
It’s the last day of class, and we’re hosting breakfast! Come enjoy Fight On Waffles, fruit, parfaits, and more before your last day of classes.

Before Graduation:
Provide a Secondary Email Address
Ensure that we can stay in contact with you after graduation by providing non-Campus email address at which we can reach you. As a reminder, it is university policy that your student usc.edu email account will expire six months after graduation. To ensure that you don’t lose access to important information associated with this account, we strongly encourage you to begin to migrate to a new email address.
After Graduation:

Once your degree is conferred, you’ll receive an email asking you to create a profile for our official alumni portal. Please note: while you may receive an email letting you know that your degree has been conferred, it can take up to 6o days for that data to move into our alumni database. Once you receive your welcome email, be sure to access and take advantage of the alumni portal:
- Remember to login to verify your contact information and activate your free lifetime Alumni Association membership.
- FightOnline gives you access to the only verified alumni directory, a digital membership card, event registration, the latest alumni news and more.
- Don’t forget that your @usc.edu student email account expires twelve months after you graduate! So while logged in, set up your very own @alumni.usc.edu alumni email address. Visit our FAQ page for more information.

The Trojan Network
Once your degree is conferred, be on the lookout for an invitation to set up your alumni account on The Trojan Network, USC’s online networking and mentorship program. In the meantime, you can register with MyUSC through the end of the summer! Our online platform is easy and convenient to use, wherever you are. Connect with alumni in your chosen field or who share your interests, for career advice, resume or CV feedback, interview tips, mentoring or networking opportunities and more.
