In 2016, Mercy Willard EdD ’21 was named Executive Director of the USC Latino Alumni Association. Over the past nine years, her visionary leadership helped elevate the USC LAA to new heights.

During her tenure, the USC LAA Scholarship Endowment grew from $7.3 million to an incredible $14.2 million. She also spearheaded the creation of six new family-funded endowments—bringing the total to nine—ensuring lasting support for generations of Trojans committed to the Latino community!
