Sonia Endler ’97

Sonia Endler is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the global media and entertainment industry. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for Global Content Licensing and International Networks at Paramount, where she oversees finance for a complex, multi-market portfolio. In this role, Sonia partners with senior leadership to shape strategy, guide investments, and build scalable finance capabilities that drive long-term value.

Previously, she held senior leadership positions at MGM as Executive Vice President of TV Finance and as Chief Financial Officer of WGN America and Tribune Studios, managing financial operations during major transformations. Her career also includes roles at Whalerock Industries, Fox Sports Media Group, E! Networks, and Paramount Pictures, giving her deep expertise in content creation, distribution, and monetization across platforms.

Beyond her corporate work, Sonia serves on the Board of Directors of the USC Latino Alumni Association and Girl Scouts Greater Los Angeles, and actively mentors USC business students. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from USC and has completed executive programs at Harvard and Stanford. Born in Lima, Peru, Sonia brings a global perspective and is recognized for her strategic insight and inclusive leadership.
