Are you ready for Alumni & Reunion Weekend?!
This year, we are excited to enhance your experience by offering an official event app—where you can:
- View the week’s agenda and plan your personal schedule;
- Find who else is attending and make connections before, during and after the weekend;
- Access documents and slides shared by organizers or speakers;
- Receive updates such as last minute session changes from the organizers; and more!
We are using an online platform called Whova to offer this app, and you can download their mobile app here. After downloading, use the same email address that you used for registration to sign up on Whova’s mobile app or web portal. You can also sign up using a social media account. Once you have signed up, you should be taken directly to the 2023 USC Alumni & Reunion Weekend event!
If you are asked for an event invitation code when accessing the event, please use this code: arw2023app (Please do not share this invitation code with people who are NOT attendees of the event).
If you purchased tickets for guests, please be sure to provide email addresses for each of your guests through this form. Event attendees will gain access to programs throughout the weekend using this app, so it is very important that we are able to collect this information for all guests ahead of time.
Already used the Whova app in the past? Double-check that it is installed on your phone, and log in using your existing account email and password.

Troubleshooting
I created my Whova profile but do not see ‘2023 USC Alumni & Reunion Weekend’ in my Events.
Please be sure that the email associated with your Whova profile is the same email that you used to register for the conference.
