How do I sign up for an alumni email account?
In order to receive an @alumni.usc.edu Gmail account you must first register using the Alumni Portal. Click here, then on New? Sign Up and follow the on-screen instructions. If you are already registered, login to your account and then click on the “Alumni Email” tab.
Where do I check my alumni email?
Please visit www.google.com and then click on “Gmail.” Your username is your full @alumni.usc.edu email address.
How do I reset my @alumni.usc.edu password?
If you do not have 2-Step Verification enabled, please email USC Alumni Association Member Services to have your password reset. For security reasons, include your full name, date of birth, degree information, and @alumni.usc.edu email address.
Can I set up my @alumni.usc.edu Gmail account to forward my emails?
Yes, Gmail provides this feature. To forward your @alumni.usc.edu Gmail account, please follow the instructions on the Gmail help page.

The university has purchased a specific set of features offered by Google for the @alumni.usc.edu Gmail accounts. We are not able to offer access to additional features.
Does the @alumni.usc.edu email account have a storage limit?
No, there is no storage limit.

How do I obtain a USC Alumni Association membership card?
Currently, there are two ways to access your membership card. You may use the Fight Online mobile app to access your digital membership card. If you would also like a physical card, please see the instructions below. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed and your card shipped. Note: Currently, you must have a physical card to check out books in person at USC Libraries.
New graduates: Four months after your degree has been conferred, your membership card will automatically be sent to the preferred mailing address we have on file for you. To ensure that we are able to reach you, be sure to update your preferred mailing address in Oasis.
All others: If you lost or never received your membership card, please login to your account (first-time users must register with a valid email address). Click on the “Name & Bio” and “Contact Information” tabs to verify that your name and address are correct, and then click on “Membership Card Request.” If the field says “Yes”, you have previously requested a card and must email the USC Alumni Association Membership Services Department for a replacement. Please note: the first two membership cards are free and after that, there is a $15.00 service charge. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed and your card shipped.
I forgot my username for the Alumni Portal.
Your username for the Alumni Portal is the email address we have on record for you. If you are unsure of which email we have, visit the Alumni Portal Login Page page and select “Forgot My Username.” You will receive an email within 3-5 business days with your credentials.
I forgot my password for the Alumni Portal.
For security reasons, the USC Alumni Association does not keep passwords on file. Please visit the Login page and click on “Reset My Password”. Please note: Your Alumni Portal and @alumni.usc.edu Gmail accounts are not linked (they require separate login credentials).
How do I change my physical address or other information with USC?
Login to your account and click on the “Contact Information” tab in your personal profile to change your address or other information.
How do I manage my email preferences for emails I receive from the Alumni Association?
Login to your account and then click on “Manage Your Email Preferences” tab in your personal profile. Please note: This does not affect the emails you receive from other University departments.
How do I find my alumni record number?
Your eight-digit alumni record number begins with a zero (i.e., 01234567) and can be found on the following: your alumni membership card, the mailing label of your personal copy of USC Trojan Family Magazine or in your profile under the “Name & Bio” tab.
How do I submit a class note?

How do I find a former USC classmate(s)?
Login to your account, then click on “Find fellow Trojans” using the USC Alumni Directory.” Do a simple search by entering the criteria suggested. To do an advanced search by class year, major, etc., click on “Advanced Search” and enter the criteria suggested.
How do I order a transcript or diploma?

How do I gain access to the USC Libraries?
To use the library in person, you must go to the Doheny Library circulation desk to get a barcode placed on the back of your USC Alumni Association membership card. You will also need your physical card to check out books from USC Libraries. If you do not have a copy of your physical membership card, you can request one here (please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed and your card shipped). Note: Your membership card does not allow access to the Dentistry, Law or Health Sciences Libraries.
Can alumni obtain remote access to the online libraries?
Remote access to digital resources such as JSTOR, ProQuest, Project MUSE, Lexis Nexis, etc. is restricted to current students. Degreed alumni do have on-campus library privileges as well as borrowing privileges.

How do I become a member of the USC Alumni Association?
If you earned a degree from USC, congratulations! You are automatically a member of the USC Alumni Association and there are no dues or renewal fees.
