Dorian Morris is the founder and CEO of Undefined Inc, a clean, conscious, inclusive lifestyle brand focused on democratizing beauty & wellness and demystifying plant magic. Pairing clinically proven actives with plant-based ingredients, Undefined’s R&R Collection of skincare products helps “reset & replenish” the skin barrier. Morris launched the company in 2018, guided by the principles of Conscious Capitalism. To that end, she strategically partners with small businesses founded by women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs across her supply chain. Prior to founding Undefined, Morris held leadership positions in a number of companies, including COVERGIRL® and Kendo Brands. She began her career in Macy’s buying office, where she gained invaluable experience in merchandising and portfolio management.
