USC Career Center Counseling

USC recent graduates with an academic degree are eligible to receive complimentary career counseling services through the USC Career Center for the first three years after graduation.

Following that, the USC Career Center has partnered with several virtual career counseling services to provide specially-priced phone consultations. Schedule a career counseling appointment today to take your next professional leap.

Asian Pacific Alumni Association

The USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association’s mission is to support the overall advancement of the University of Southern California (the “University”) by engaging Asian Pacific alumni for life, building a culture of philanthropy among the Asian Pacific Trojan Family, and being the representative voice for all Asian Pacific USC alumni.

USC Lambda LGBTQ+ Alumni Association

The USC Lambda LGBTQ+ Alumni Association’s mission is to connect LGBTQ+ alumni to the university and each other in order to create an enriching and supportive community, award scholarships to deserving USC students and promote education and increased visibility for LGBTQ+ students and alumni.

USC Black Alumni Association

Founded in 1976 by Rev. Dr. Thomas Kilgore Jr., the USC Black Alumni Association (BAA) is a leadership network established to strengthen the legacy of educational attainment and excellence of USC’s Black students. The BAA provides scholarship assistance, career mentoring and cultural advocacy through alumni networking, volunteer involvement, philanthropy and social enterprise.

USC Latino Alumni Association

The USC Latino Alumni Association (LAA) is one of the nation’s leading Latino alumni organizations, devoted to the academic advancement and development of students attending USC who are committed to the Latino community. The association is made up of USC students, alumni and friends, working together to provide support, leadership training, service opportunities and networking.

FightOnline Alumni Portal

FightOnline is the USC Alumni Association’s official alumni portal, where you can:

• Connect with fellow Trojans through our Alumni Directory;
• Update your profile with professional information, such as your position title and industry;
• Register for networking events;
• Set your communication preferences; and more!

All degreed alumni with an email on file should receive an invitation to create a personal FightOnline profile. New graduates can expect to receive their invitation once their degrees are conferred. If you do not receive your email invitation or need additional assistance, please fill out our help request form. Please note that you must have a non @usc.edu email address on file to establish a FightOnline account.

Trojan Network

The Trojan Network is an online networking and mentoring platform for alumni to seek and share career and industry information. Through the Trojan Network, alumni are able to receive advice about their own career path as well as the opportunity to give back to current students and fellow alumni. As an alum, the Trojan Network allows you to:

Trojan Connects

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our worldwide USC Alumni Networking Week – Trojan Connects, taking place February 3 – 6, 2025! This multi-day program is a direct result of our 2023 Alumni Survey, when alumni like you shared with us what you value most:

• Networking with each other based upon professional interests 
• Connecting alumni with each other where they live
• Mentoring and career support for alumni

We heard you, and have designed this alumni-led program to help Trojans around the world build their networks and learn from one another. Throughout the week, event organizers will be offering in-person and virtual events focused on professional development.

USC Women’s Conference

The USC Women’s Conference is held in March during International Women’s Month and brings together women of all ages and backgrounds—alumnae, parents, students and friends—for a day of programs and activities designed to inspire and empower them to create positive change in their personal lives, their communities and the world.

Each conference offers invaluable insights from industry leaders who’ve broken barriers and paved the way for success and allows attendees create a tailored experience with breakout sessions that align with their personal and professional goals.

Skill Up

Skill Up, provided through one of our newest campus partnerships with USC Online, is an educational online-learning platform that offers seminars and upskilling through its lifelong learning initiative.

All USC Alumni can explore Skill Up at no charge and access short, skill-building courses employers want you to have today. Stay up to date with emerging skills in your field with a growing library of classes in a range of topics including change management, workplace polarization, project management, organizational equity, and much more.
