Commitment and Roles

All alumni volunteers serving on committees and advisory groups must commit up to 2 hours per month for general business and meetings— and up to 6 hours per month before a major event or program. Alumni volunteers serve as ambassadors, advisors and supporters of the USC Alumni Association.

Ambassador: As an alumni ambassador, you volunteer as an extension of the university and promote the university within your Trojan network. To stay up-to-date on university initiatives and leadership development, all committee members must attend the annual Alumni Leadership Conference.

Advisor: As an advisor, you will work closely with your USCAA staff liaison to collaborate on how to expand the impact of the Trojan Family, lifelong and worldwide.

Supporter: As a supporter, you understand that philanthropy is essential to moving the university forward. We ask that all volunteers make an annual gift in any amount to the USC school or program of their choice.
