Nadine Watt was appointed president of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors in 2022. She also serves on the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate Advisory Council and the USC Associates Board of Directors. Professionally, Watt brings more than 25 years of real estate expertise and entrepreneurial drive to her position as CEO of Watt Capital Partners, a diversified and full-service real estate company. She oversees the firm’s day-to-day activities and strategic planning for all commercial investment activities, including acquisitions, development, and asset management for its 6 million-square-foot portfolio. In addition, Watt recently concluded her tenure as the first woman chair of the Los Angeles Business Council. She is a USC School of Cinematic Arts alum.
