Hey new Trojans, we’re thrilled that you’re starting at USC this fall, and to celebrate, we’re hosting Summer SCend Off welcome receptions for you right in your area!
Hosted by local alumni, SCend Offs are a fun and easy way for you, your families and friends to connect with local Trojans, current students and fellow incoming students. Learn about USC’s dynamic culture and the power of our worldwide alumni community, make new friends, enjoy food and refreshments, and more!
Our 2025 SCend Offs will take place from July 12 to August 10. Come back June 2 to register for an event in your area!

Apply Today to Host a Summer Scend Off!
Welcome incoming students from your area into the Trojan Family before they head off to campus. Host an informal reception — either at a private home or another venue — to connect new students, their families and friends to local USC alumni and introduce them to our Trojan traditions. It’s one of our most popular annual events, and our USC Alumni Association staff will help you plan a SCend Off that celebrates the spirit of USC.
