Class of 1978
Dear Fellow Trojan,
Believe it or not, it’s been 40 years since graduation, and that calls for a celebration! On behalf of the Class of 1978, we are thrilled to invite you to join us for our upcoming 40th Class Reunion on November 9-10, 2018.
This fall we will have a chance to relive our campus memories. What a time it was!
Do you remember cheering on our Trojans with Rob Hertel as quarterback? When an episode of The Rockford Files starring James Garner was filmed on campus? How about when David Brinkley, Neil Simon, Ray Bradbury and Jimmie Walker were all guest speakers on campus? And how we all loved Songfest at the Hollywood Bowl… and got to celebrate its 25th anniversary!
Forty years is certainly something to commemorate! That’s why the USC Alumni Association is planning a fun-filled program for Reunion Weekend 2018, including campus tours, school visits, faculty and alumni spotlights, an elegant dinner and plenty of time to celebrate with old friends and make new ones—plus all the excitement of USC Homecoming and football (USC vs. Cal). It promises to be two unforgettable days of all things USC!
Finally, as a show of support for the next generation of Trojans, please consider making a gift to any school or program at USC in honor of your special reunion. And join our Class of 1978 Facebook group to share photos and memories and connect with classmates before, during and after the festivities.
We hope to see you in November, and be sure to tell your fellow Class of ’78 Trojans to join us as well!
Fight On!
