I’ve spent more than three decades in relationship‑driven work, where advocacy, attention to detail and persistence are essential. Those same qualities guide me here. I believe that when people feel seen, supported and connected, they thrive — and I’m committed to helping create that environment for our alumni.

I draw a great deal of strength and purpose from my family and my faith. Those two anchors shape how I lead, how I make decisions and how I show up in community. They’ve taught me the importance of humility, consistency and treating every interaction as an opportunity to build trust.

Being part of USC means belonging to a network defined by ambition, generosity and a willingness to show up for one another. Even years after graduation, I still feel the power of that community. It reminds me that we are part of something larger than ourselves — something that continues to grow, evolve and make an impact far beyond campus.

A few priorities guide my approach:

• Deepening engagement — making it easier and more inviting for alumni to participate, attend events and feel connected, no matter where they live or what stage of life they’re in.
• Building meaningful relationships — creating a supportive environment where alumni feel seen, valued and encouraged—not just professionally but personally.
• Honoring our shared legacy — ensuring that the spirit of USC — our values, our energy, our commitment to excellence — continues to thrive within our alumni community.

Ultimately, I hope to help cultivate a community where every alum feels a genuine sense of belonging and purpose.
