Charlene Riofrio '06, MS '20

With 20 years of experience shaping DTC, digital, and television marketing in sports and entertainment, Charlene Riofrio has led major campaigns for FOX, ESPN, Tennis Channel, and American Idol. Known for pairing strategic rigor with creative execution, she brings content from concept to launch while managing fast‑paced production demands.

Dedicated to service, she has mentored UCLA Riordan Scholars for more than two decades. She serves on the USC Board of Governors, is Executive in Residence for USC Annenberg’s Seeing Me in the Media program and sits on the board of the USC Latino Alumni Association. A double Trojan, she earned her Master of Communication Management from USC in 2021 after completing undergraduate degrees in Broadcast Journalism, International Relations and Spanish.
