Mónica Gil MPP '97

<em>Chief Administrative and Marketing Officer, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises</em>

Mónica Gil is the chief administrative and marketing officer for NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, where she leads operations, marketing, strategy and insights, and communications. Since joining the media company in 2017, she has played a key role in positioning Telemundo as the nation’s top Spanish-language network, spearheading brand development, digital marketing and record-breaking campaigns, like the 2022 FIFA World Cup broadcast.

A champion for diversity and women’s leadership, Mónica launched Telemundo’s leadership programs and the Telemundo Academy. She previously held leadership roles at Nielsen, where she shaped consumer insights for major media clients, and began her career in political strategy. Recognized among Adweek’s 50 and People en Español’s 25 Most Powerful Women, she serves on the boards of NIKE, Inc. and the National Women’s History Museum. Mónica earned her MPP from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
