Nickey Woods is the associate dean of diversity, inclusion and belonging and dean of students for the JD program at the USC Gould School of Law.  Her professional expertise includes diversity, equity and inclusion; universal design for learning (UDL), student resilience and retention; learning and motivation; and disability advocacy.  Nickey is also the faculty advisor for the USC Gould School’s Student Bar Association, Sports Law Society and the Disability Law Society. Prior to joining USC, Nickey served as a director in student affairs at UCLA and as an assistant dean in UCLA’s Graduate Division. She earned an EdD from the USC Rossier School of Education.
