Professor of Neurology; Director, Biostatistics Core, Keck School of Medicine USC
Rema Raman is a professor of neurology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC and the director of the Biostatistics and Recruitment, Engagement and Retention Sections at the USC Alzheimer’s Therapeutic Research Institute. She co-leads several units for the NIA-funded Alzheimer’s Clinical Trials Consortium. In addition, Rema specializes in designing, conducting and analyzing clinical trials in neurology, with extensive experience in Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, PTSD and traumatic brain injury. Her research interests include clinical trial design, missing data, statistical monitoring and recruitment and retention strategies.
