I’m truly honored to serve as co-chair of the Seattle Regional Network, and this role feels especially meaningful to me.
After relocating from sunny Southern California to Seattle, I struggled more than I expected. The gray skies and quieter pace made it harder to find the sense of belonging I once felt in LA. For a while, I found myself looking back instead of fully embracing the vibrant Pacific Northwest in front of me.
Over time, I realized how essential community is to feeling at home. I began intentionally seeking out local groups and shared experiences — and as I leaned in, Seattle opened up. What once felt distant became warm, creative and full of possibility.
That journey is what motivates me to serve. I want fellow Trojans — especially those new to the area — to feel connected, welcomed and supported sooner than I did. USC has always meant lifelong community to me and I hope our Seattle network becomes a space where friendships, mentorships and collaborations grow naturally.
As co-chair, I’m excited to bring people together in meaningful ways — through professional panels, service projects and social gatherings that spark real conversations. I genuinely love hosting and creating thoughtful experiences. There’s nothing better than watching people who didn’t know each other an hour ago leave as friends.
