USC Trustee and Distinguished Cancer Researcher

USC Trustee Amy Ross worked in the cancer diagnostics field for more than 25 years. In her research, she focused on the detection of low numbers of tumor cells in the circulation of cancer patients as a means of identifying early relapse in order to successfully intervene. Ross is the author of over 75 scientific publications and the holder of three U.S. patents. The current vice chair of the USC Health System Board, Ross also serves on the boards of the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital Foundation and USC Arcadia Hospital. She is a Keck School of Medicine of USC alum.
