Ashima Sharma is the CEO of Dreami, a tech startup dedicated to bridging talent to opportunity via scalable career development programs. She began as a chemical engineer, where she experienced difficulty accessing tailored career support. After pivoting to the tech industry, Sharma developed corporate strategy at Cisco and led product strategy at Zendesk. Since its founding, Dreami has helped more than 6,000 users and achieved a 94% program approval rating. Sharma is a USC Viterbi School of Engineering alum.
